Tomorrow will be 2 weeks since I had my last cigarette. It actually hasn't been that bad dealing with it, thanks to the nausea. lol Haven't really had to deal with cravings or whatever, but the anxiety ramped up for 3-5 days after the first 72 hours of not smoking.
Although, there's been "cues" that happen after such things as eating (that last for a few minutes or so)-- but even after only 2 weeks of not smoking, it helps to know it won't even taste as good as if I had just kept smoking.
